POS+ABILITY proudly partners with Spectrum Designs, a custom brand and merchandise company redefining what’s possible through inclusive employment for adults on the autism spectrum. A portion of every design helps to ensure the gainful employment of its staff members.

The logo on the shirt is inspired by Jake’s late cousin, Mikaela Tick, who was working as an occupational therapist before she passed away. This is to honor her and her love for the disabled community.
